August 17, 2026.
We sincerely appreciate your continued support and use of our services.
However, d POINT services will continue to be available through the methods below.
If you are currently using a d POINT partner app in Taiwan, Korea, or other regions, you may continue using your d POINT card through the following method even after the service termination.
Users of partner apps such as HamiPoint and HappyGo in Taiwan, or Lotte in Korea, can continue displaying and using their d POINT card directly within the partner app.
*No additional procedures are required for users who already have the partner app installed.*
👉 If you are already a member of a partner app, please continue using d POINT directly within the app.
Customers who do not use an overseas partner app may continue using d POINT through one of the following methods.
You may continue using the domestic version of the d POINT CLUB app,
just like users in Japan.
Within the app, you can check your d POINT balance and display your d POINT card.
You can also view the latest campaign and participating store information.
You may continue using your physical d POINT card (plastic card)
at participating stores.
Customers who do not yet have a card may apply for a new one
at participating stores or application counters.
👉 By presenting your card at participating stores, you can continue using d POINT services.
Even after the service termination,
d POINT will continue to be available through one of the methods above.
